Beyond the Headline
Hole DDRCCC-26-133 intersected 141.5 m @ 1.93 g/t Au, including an exceptional 80.6 m @ 3.20 g/t Au and 6.0 m @ 9.46 g/t Au, within the proposed Blackjack pit (Figure 1-1). This is one of the best intersections drilled to date. Blackjack increasingly appears to contain a higher-grade core within a much larger bulk-tonnage gold system.
At Saddle, drilling continues to define shallow mineralization over about 550m strike, including 17.5 m @ 2.68 g/t Au from only 4.6 m depth in hole DDRCCC-26-135 along with higher-grade intercepts from further downhole, including 40.0 m @ 1.51 g/t Au beginning at 211.0 m in DDRCCC-26-137.
Step out drilling at Eiger returned 30.5 m @ 1.46 g/t Au, including 1.5 m @ 25.5 g/t Au expanding known gold mineralization west towards the Blackjack deposit; the Eiger deposit remains open in all directions
Seven drill rigs are currently turning on the Project at Blackjack, Saddle, Rhosgobel, Pukelman-Contact Zone. Approximately 50,000 m of diamond drilling has been completed to date this year in 116 drill holes across the Blackjack, Eiger, and Rhosgobel deposits and the Saddle, Contact, and Bear Paw Breccia Zones as part of the ongoing 60,000 m drill program planned for 2026
Comments
The 80.6 m @ 3.20 g/t interval within a wider interval of 141.5 m @ 1.93 g/t Au is particularly impressive for an intrusion-related bulk-tonnage system. Most importantly, the mineralization is inside the existing Blackjack resource pit shell but outside the current resource, meaning these ounces could potentially be added to the resource while reducing stripping. It certainly appears that Blackjack contains a higher-grade core which is very positive for the economics of future development.
