Beyond the Headline

Mogotes reported strong final results from the 2025-2026 field season at Filo Sur in Argentina and Chile which substantially strengthens the overall story. The Company completed its first serious exploration program with two genuine discoveries and at least two additional credible porphyry targets along the ~10-km Macho Muerto Fault Zone.

Hole FS_DDH_016 at Albor returned 180 m @ 0.98% CuEq from 108.0m, including 58 m @ 1.77% CuEq, while FS_DDH_006 at Cruz del Sur returned two intervals of 308 m @ 0.46% CuEq from 108.0m and 334 m @ 0.45% CuEq from 456.0m. Cuenca has now grown into a 1.3 × 0.5-km porphyry target, with surface channels including 153 m averaging 0.31 g/t Au +& 0.11% Cu and 54 m @ 0.46 g/t Au & 0.14% Cu.

At Luz del Sol drill holes encountered weak Cu mineralization in high-level altered breccias above a 35 to >45-ms IP chargeability anomaly. Breccia fragments show potassic alteration and D-veining which is considered good evidence that the drilling may be sitting above or beside a stronger porphyry centre.

Filo Sur shares the geological features that characterize the major deposits of the Vicuña district – structurally controlled, multi-stage porphyry and high sulphidation systems associated with mid-Miocene dike swarms and breccias.  Both discoveries sit on the NW-striking, trans-Andean, Macho Muerto Fault Zone which is a distinctive structural setting that has only just begun to be tested.

The next drill program will be increased from 6,208 m to as much as 20,000 m. Mogotes also has strong participation from Rio Tinto following their strategic investment of US$15,000,000 announced on August 27, 2026.
