Beyond the Headline
Condor reported that it has received the DIA covering 40 drill pads for five years, permitting a phased program of up to 6,000 m at Pucamayo Sur in central Peru.
Pucamayo Sur contains an approximately 3km by 2-km high-sulphidation lithocap, coincident with magnetic and IP anomalies interpreted to be a second major hydrothermal-magmatic centre on the property. The first such centre at Pucamayo East was confirmed by the 2023 drilling.
Drilling is still subject to receipt of the Initiation of Activities permit, available financing and site preparation.
