Kevin is the Founder and CEO of Crescat Capital. He has been managing investment portfolios since 1992, a career that spans multiple business cycles. Kevin has been the lead portfolio manager of the firm’s five private funds since their respective inceptions. He is the creator of Crescat’s firmwide thematic global macro investment process, its systematic equity valuation model, and its activist mining investment strategy. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a specialization in finance and statistics. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
